Grace Eun Brings a People-Centered Perspective to the Design at Work New York Founding Steering Committee
What makes a workplace meaningful? For Grace Eun, Design Director + Principal at Studio O+A, the answer starts with the experience of the people inside it.
Eun has joined the Founding Steering Committee for Design at Work New York, adding more than 20 years of international design experience and a people-centered perspective to the group helping inform the event ahead of March 10–11, 2027 at the Javits Center.
“I’m incredibly honored to join the Founding Steering Committee for Design at Work NYC. While the concept of the workplace is constantly evolving, its core value remains unchanged. It would be an honor to contribute to this event and exchange ideas with industry leaders. I am incredibly excited by the opportunity to inspire others through meaningful conversations and shared experiences.”
At Studio O+A, Eun leads the design of workplace environments for global organizations, balancing complex stakeholder needs with bold, practical solutions designed to support collaboration, creativity, and wellbeing. Her portfolio includes global Google, adidas, Hyundai Motor Group and Allstate, spanning projects from agile 3,000-square-foot spaces to major campuses across the U.S., India, Japan, and South Korea.
Her work has been recognized across the design industry, including an ASID “One to Watch” Award, recognition on Metropolis magazine’s “Hot List,” and an International Interior Design Association “Emerging Professional Award.”
Alongside her project leadership, Eun is an adjunct professor and mentor, with a strong commitment to supporting the next generation of designers. She also volunteers with organizations including CIDA and ASID.
Through the Founding Steering Committee, Eun will bring that combination of global workplace experience, mentorship, and human-centered thinking into the conversations shaping Design at Work New York.
