Design at Work New York and IIDA New York Chapter Partnership Announcement

Design at Work New York and IIDA New York Chapter Partnership Announcement

Design at Work New York announces the IIDA New York Chapter (IIDA NY) as a Founding Strategic Partner for its workplace design event at the Javits Center in New York City, March 10–11, 2027. The partnership will bring interior designers and industry partners together to explore circular workplace design, sustainable materials, and the future of commercial interiors.

The two organizations share a commitment to advancing interior design, workplace design, and professional learning, creating opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing across the commercial interiors community.

Advancing circular workplace design

As a Founding Strategic Partner, IIDA NY will contribute to the event’s content program, bringing voices from across the design community into conversations about the ideas, challenges, and innovations shaping the workplace and built environment. Topics will include circularity, adaptive reuse, sustainable materials, and spaces designed to evolve over time.

Marlon Cera-Marle, Divisional Design Director, Media 10 said:

“Our partnership with IIDA New York brings an important perspective to Design at Work New York. Together, we want to move conversations about circular workplace design into practice—from adaptive reuse and sustainable materials to creating spaces that can evolve over time. By bringing designers and industry partners together to share ideas and experience, we can help shape more responsible workplaces for the future.”

Robin Reigi, IIDA New York Chapter President added:

“We're thrilled to bring IIDA New York into Design at Work New York as a Founding Strategic Partner. This collaboration gives our community of interior designers and industry supporters an exciting platform to exchange ideas, make important connections, and shape where sustainable workplace design goes next.”
